What are the prerequisites to join a course?

There are no formal prerequisites. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners. We recommend basic physical fitness and a willingness to learn precision craftsmanship.

Do you provide official certification?

Yes. Upon successful completion of each program you receive a recognized VentureLance Atelier certification. Many graduates also earn industry-recognized credentials from recognized drywall associations.

How long are the training programs?

Core programs range from 5 full days to 4 intense weeks. Advanced masterclasses run for 12-16 weeks and include real-site installation projects.

What tools do students need to bring?

All specialized hand and power tools are provided at our facility. Students receive a comprehensive starter toolkit upon enrolment that they can keep after the course.

How do you ensure safety on site?

Safety is our top priority. Every course includes daily safety briefings, OSHA-aligned protocols, and mandatory use of full PPE. All sites maintain first-aid stations and certified safety officers.

Is group or corporate training available?

Absolutely. We offer tailored private sessions for teams of 6 or more. Group rates start at 15% off per participant. Contact our concierge for custom scheduling.

What are the payment and cancellation policies?

Full payment is due 14 days before course start. Cancellations made more than 21 days prior receive a full refund. See our Terms for complete details.
